Deals with management of the Council’s finances and policy matters such as overseeing Best Value Reviews and Comprehensive Performance Assessments. The committee also considers the Corporate Plan and Asset Management as well as dealing with matters relating to Information Technology, Emergency Planning, Civic Affairs and Public Relations.
