HOMELESSNESS REVIEW COMMITTEE

Membership: Councillors Mrs Brennand, Clarke, Farmer, Freestone, Mrs Owen, Price, Sambrook and Wagner

(only 3 members to attend each meeting)

NOTE: With regards to all applications, Members are reminded that if they have a personal and prejudicial interest and therefore have to withdraw from part(s) of the meeting, they should please make arrangements for another Member of the Committee to attend for those parts. This will ensure that a quorum, comprising three Members, is present at all times.

 

AGENDA

 

1. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

To elect a Chairman for the duration of the meeting.

 

2. MINUTES - 25th April 2007

Recommendation:

That the Minutes of the meeting of the Homelessness Review Committee held on 25th April 2007 be confirmed as a correct record and be signed by the Chairman.

To receive any declarations of members’ interests in any matters which are to be considered at this meeting.

5. EXEMPT ITEMS

The following item relates to exempt matters under Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. The Sub-Committee will be asked to consider passing the following resolution:

RESOLVED:

That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item on the grounds that it could involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

 

6. SPECIAL CASE

Exempt reports are not available to the public

To consider one exempt report by the Housing Options Manager.
