Late Night Shopping Bus Delays in Shrewsbury

On Wednesday 17th December Town Centre roads will be closed from 5pm to 7pm. This is to assist the smooth running of the popular annual event, ‘Carols in the Square’.
This event is brought to you by Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council and BBC Radio Shropshire. The event is broadcast live, hosted by Eric Smith and will be featuring Halfway House Male voice Choir and Wem Jubilee Band.
The Council wish to inform people that there will be no buses running through the Town Centre between the hours of 5pm-7pm. They will immediately return to the normal time schedule after the event closes at 7pm.
The Council hope that this will not cause too much inconvenience to too many people and hope that it will bring many of you along to join in this festive community event.
