Proposed Extension to Town Centre Conservation Area

Consideration was given to a report of the Planning Policy Manager at Cabinet on 13th December 2004.
Decision:
- That consultations be carried out on the proposed designation of an extension to the town centre conservation area to include parts of Sutton Road, Wenlock Road and London Road as outlined in the plans attached as Appendix 2 to the report of the Planning Policy Manager.
- That a report be submitted to a future meeting on any representations received in order that consideration might be given as to whether or not the area should be designated as a conservation area.
The decision may be subject to scrutiny by the Call-In Committee.
